The Bruce Museum's 34th Annual Outdoor Crafts Festival features more than 70 artists from all over the country, many of them new to the show. Fine contemporary crafts including ceramics, jewelry, wearable and decorative fiber, wood kitchenware and furniture, glass and more are all available for purchase. There will also be demonstrations, family craft activities, and delicious food.

Since its inception in 1970, 100 American Craftsmen has focused exclusively on fine craft art, supporting both established artisans who have reached the highest level of artistic quality, and nurturing new artisans who combine innovative approaches with traditional crafting techniques.
100 American Craftsmen is a juried craft show. Artisan images are reviewed by a panel of artisans, curators, and craft media specialists and scored. All artisans must jury every year unless exempt, and previous acceptance does not guarantee future acceptance.

In celebration of its 62nd year, the Guilford Art Center’s annual Craft Expo will return once again to the scenic and historic Guilford Green, celebrating the arts with its extensive array of handmade crafts by American artists. Craft Expo 2019 will be held for three days: Friday, July 19 through Sunday, July 21.
Craft Expo 2019 will bring 180 nationally-recognized craft artists to Guilford, whose exquisite-quality works help rank this event as one of the top craft shows in New England and the country. As a celebration of the arts and a signature happening for the town of Guilford and the Connecticut shoreline, Craft Expo is a must-see summer event.
The Bar Harbor Fine Arts Festivals features quality artists and crafters from all over the United States and other countries and are run during the peak of the tourist season on Mt Desert Island. Artists are juried to ensure both consistent quality as well as a balanced show in terms of different media.
Mt Desert has long been a destination for artists; and these shows provide the opportunity for both artists and patrons to take in beautiful art while vacationing in the inspiring area!

The 2019 shows are:
• Bar Harbor Fine Arts Festival: Held on the grounds of the Bar Harbor Inn on the town waterfront August 2 - 4. This is the "flagship" show and has established a reputation with both artists and patrons as one of the top shows in northern New-England. Show hours are Friday noon to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm

Fall Crafts at Lyndhurst ushers in the breathtaking autumn season as 300 modern American artists gather on the grounds of the Neo-Gothic Lyndhurst 67-acre estate (tours available).
Spend the day with family and friends shopping for fashions, accessories and jewelry; functional and sculptural works in ceramics, glass, metal, fiber, wood and mixed media; and fine art painting, printmaking, drawing and photography. CraftWestport is the longest running indoor fine craft event in Connecticut. For 43 years, this show has been the perfect place for unique, one-of-a-kind, holiday shopping. It features 175 top craft artists from across the country and includes a pop-up Marketplace of local Connecticut makers. CraftWestport has been run by the enthusiastic and hardworking volunteers of Westport Young Woman’s League (WYWL) since 1976 and the funds raised by the League are given to worthy local charitable organizations.
The Scituate Art Festival, in its 52nd year, is a favorite Rhode Island tradition over the Columbus Day weekend. We feature 200 juried art and craft exhibitors, select antique vendors, a food court offering regional specialties, live musical entertainment and a huge art/craft/antique raffle. We are proud to have been recognized seven times as 'Best Annual Arts/Crafts Festival Statewide' by the readers of 'Rhode Island Monthly Magazine'.

Historic Hubbard Green will be transformed into an Open Air Gallery on September 8 & 9, 2018, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, both days, rain or shine.
Every year, Glastonbury’s picturesque Hubbard Green changes from a quiet oasis of shade trees and open space into a bustling marketplace for original fine art and hand-made craft.
As visitors walk along the shaded aisles, they find realistic and abstract art in oil, watercolor, pastel, photography, graphics, drawing, mixed media, and sculpture. The diverse selection of hand-made craft includes works in clay, metal, glass, fiber, wood, and jewelry. Each item of original art and hand-made craft would please the most discerning home décor or wardrobe.
The Saratoga Arts Celebration will be hosted on the great lawn of the National Museum of Dance in the Saratoga Spa State Park, during the height of the tourism season in Saratoga Springs. Many exciting events and destinations make Saratoga the Place to Be in August. The location of this prestigious Art event will make it impossible for anyone entering Saratoga to resist. The pristinely manicured lawn is a gorgeous backdrop for this highly acclaimed event. The Museum can be reached from South Broadway (Route 9) as people head into town from the Northway.
All the components are here with the support of the National Museum of Dance, The New York State Parks and The Automobile Museum, for an event that will benefit the arts and the artists. The SoNo Arts Festival returns this year to the streets of
historic South Norwalk with fresh style and energy. On August
4th and 5th the streets of the waterfront district will come alive
with the sounds of music, laughter, and of course, the
presence of amazing art.

the weekend from New England and the NY Metro area.
